HELP OUR WILDLIFE!
So easy - scatter on soil (no digging) and nature does the rest!
- Made in Britain
Seed Box Dimensions: 5.8cm x 3.7cm x 1.5cm. Each seed ball is just under 1cm in diameter.
We make the balls ourselves from a mixture of UK native wildflower seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chilli powder. The outer clay protects means that the seeds are inaccessible to ants & birds, and once sufficient water has permeated the clay, the seeds inside begin to germinate - helped along by the nutrients and minerals contained within the ball. The chilli powder continues to deter slugs and snails while the seed ball slowly degrades and the seeds sprout.
One box will cover 1-2 pots, or enough garden space with at least 10 cm of distance for each Seedball to spread.
For optimum results plant between March and June or between August and October.
Each box (made from 100% recycled card) contains 6 seed balls, plus a little card insert to explain what the balls are and how to use them.
