This gorgeous cameo necklace is inspired by a vintage cameo that was passed down through the family of Posh Totty Designs founder, Alice. Handmade from solid sterling silver in our Brighton jewellery workshop, each disc pendant can be personalised with a message of your choosing. Perfect for names, dates or short quotes, the choice is yours. This pendant can also be ordered plated in 18ct Rose Gold or 18ct Yellow Gold. Comes suspended on 24" leather cord that can be tied at your desired length.

Handmade in Sterling silver with optional 18ct yellow and rose gold plating. Our gold plated items are compliant with the Assay nickel release test (BS EN 1811:1998 and BS EN 12472) therefore they are suitable for those with nickel allergies.
