Simply add 6-10 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil into the cold water tank and diffuser the cooling scent into your room. Alternatively combine it with Lavender Essential Oil for a florally fragrance or Lemon for a super fresh fragrance.

Mood Essential Oils are ideal for using in your aromatherapy lifestyle and may help promote a calm feeling space for mood and mind. To use topically on the skin dilute 2-3 drops of Essential Oil in 10ml of Carrier Oil.
