Our bakes are only as good as the ingredients we use so we work hard to source high quality, locally-milled organic flours, such as Shipton Mill, and natural ingredients that are big on flavour and have been sustainably and ethically produced.
Planet-friendly Packaging
Our dry ingredients are hand-packaged in natureflex, a clear film made from renewable wood pulp which means it can either be home-composted or left to biodegrade naturally with your normal rubbish.Our boxes are recyclable and made from 75% recycled materials.
Festive Gingerbreadmen Ingredients: Wholemeal bread flour, Bicarbonate of Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Ginger, Cinnamon, Coriander Seeds, Dill Seeds, Cloves, Nutmeg, Icing Sugar, Green & Red Food Colouring.
Red Velvet Loaf Cake Ingredients: Plain Flour, Cocoa Powder, Red Colouring, Bicarbonate of Soda, Caster Sugar, Salt. Allergen: Gluten.
Cinnamon Bun Ingredients: Fast Action Dried Yeast, Strong White Bread Flour, Caster Sugar, Salt, Soft Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Icing Sugar. Allergen: Gluten.
