This necklace features a tiny enamel heart charm suspended from a delicate trace chain, alongside a flat heart charm personalised for you. This adorable little necklace fastens via a lobster clasp with extender links so you can alter the length to your own style and layer with other much loved jewellery items.
Choose red, teal or light pink for the enamel heart pendant, then gold, silver or rose gold for your flat heart charm. The necklace's chain will be gold.
