    I chose to pair these super fruity beans from Uganda with oats for this vegan dark m!lk bar as the bright cherries and apricots sing out through the added oats so that you can still clearly taste the base flavours in the cacao.

    Hazelnut Latte Bar

    Cacao and coffee share many commonalities including their huge flavour profiles. I have chosen to pair the ‘Neighbourhood’ blend of coffee beans from Exe Coffee Roasters with Venezuelan cocoa butter and hazelnuts to create a creamy, vegan alternative to white chocolate bar which is finished with a sprinkle of crushed coffee beans.
