An interesting and beautiful sculpture by Pamela Lawton referring to the way we use - and maybe waste - water.
While this sculpture has a serious underlying message, it is also a humorous piece of work. It is a striking and unusual piece, which would look wonderful in any home, perfect as a gift for someone special - or for yourself!
It has the PL lozenge stamp, that is on all Pamela's work, authenticating it as an original artwork.
The figures are slip cast from fine porcelain and partially glazed. The bucket is hand built using porcelain paper clay with a nickel silver handle. This work is mounted on birch-faced ply or wood, with cork dots on the base to protect any surface. Pamela’s work is hand finished to a very high standard.
Height 17cm, Width 19cm, Depth 17cm (including base). Figures-height 14-14.5cm. (All approx)
