These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Offer. Claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information. 

Eligibility 

1. Customers are eligible for the “Refer a friend” promotion once they are deemed a “loyal” customer by Not On The High Street. 

2. A “loyal” customer is a customer who has on the 04 November 2022: a. shopped at Not On The High Street within the past 24 weeks; b. has a minimum of two lifetime purchases at Not On The High Street, with at least one of these purchases being made in the last 6 months; c. engaged (i.e opened an email) with Not On The High Street’s marketing emails within the past 6 months; and d. is opted into Not On The High Street’s marketing communications 

Offer 

3. If eligible, the customer will be offered the opportunity to become a referrer and will be given a unique web link and a promotional code to share with friends and family who are not already Not On The High Street customers (“Friend”) and who are happy to receive the link from the customer. 

4. A Friend must use the link provided by the customer and make a minimum of 1 Qualifying Purchase(s) (defined below) when using the unique promotional code online for the customer to receive the Referral Bonus (defined below). 

5. When a Friend makes a Qualifying Purchase, the Friend will receive 15% off the total value of the order (excluding delivery) at checkout on www.notonthehighstreet.com or on the Not On The High Street app (15% off promotional code) by using the promotional code which will be reflected within their Qualifying Purchase order. The customer will also receive a 15% off promotional code within 3 months from the time that the Qualifying Purchase is made (“Referral Bonus”), subject to these terms and conditions, delivered by email to the customer’s email address that the original promotion (“Offer”) was to. No cash or other alternatives are provided. The customer must use the Referral Bonus sent to them via email within 1 month from the date and time that the Referral Bonus email confirmation is sent to the customer. 

6. The promotion period for a Friends to redeem the Offer and use their promotional code is valid only from 04 November 2022 00:01 to 31 January 2022 23:59 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion will not apply to checkouts commenced after the Promotion Period has ended, even if that checkout includes items that were placed in the basket during the Promotion Period. 

7. This promotion will apply to a customer’s personal contacts only. That means any purchases you will make and purchases that will be made by anyone you refer to as part of a job, will not count and will be disqualified from the Offer. 

8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Qualifying Purchases 

9. A “Qualifying Purchase '' is any purchase by someone who has not previously shopped with Not On The High Street and can be accessed using the referral link and promotional code only. 

General 

10. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Offer without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

11. The Offer is governed by English law and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

12. Not On The High Street reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time, without notice and/or to substitute the Referral Bonus for an alternative of equal or greater value.
