By taking advantage of this '20% off November ’ promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is only valid on orders made on Not on the High Street’s website (www.notonthehighstreet.com) from 6:00am GMT on November 1, 2024 until 11:59pm GMT on November 30, 2024. The Promotion will not apply to checkouts commenced after the Promotion has ended, even if that checkout includes items that were placed in the basket during the Promotion.

In order to qualify for the Promotion and for the discount to apply, you must:

(i) be 18 years or over;

(ii) place two orders on Not On The High Street’s website between October 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024; and

(iii) have a registered account with Not On The High Street and be logged into your account on Not On The High Street’s website when making the orders described in

(ii); and (iv) be opted into email marketing at the time that we send the Promotion to your email address

If you qualify for the Promotion a 20% discount code will be automatically sent to you via the email address registered on your account.

The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional code in the same transaction, or for the purchase of gift vouchers. The promotional code cannot be used on the individual websites of any of our partner sellers at Not On The High Street. This Promotion is limited to a single purchase (one use per customer) and can only be used between 6:00am GMT on November 1, 2024 to 11.59pm on November 30, 2024.

Any refund you may be entitled to receive in connection with the Promotion will not include the redemption value of the promotional code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final basket price.

This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including without limitation the discount) without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
