Contains a sleep oil, relaxing aromatherapy body oil, relaxing aromatherapy bath salts and a relaxing natural aromatherapy candle.
Face cloth is NOT included.
Light the relaxing natural aromatherapy candle then run a nice hot bath containing a handful of our relaxing aromatherapy bath salts. After your bath, massage a little of the body oil into your shoulders (or better still get someone else to do it for you!) then apply a little sleep oil to the pulse points on your neck before going to bed.

All our products are made completely by hand and are 100% natural. We don't use any artificial colours, fragrances or preservatives.
The oils and salts are in glass bottles and jars with aluminium lids and the candle is in an aluminium tin, all of which are recyclable. All labels are 100% biodegradable.
The gift box is made from 40% recycled card and is fully recyclable.
