Winner of a Great Taste Award 2021. This jar is bursting with an immunity boosting, healthy and organic infusion of ginger and lemon. Our natural paste is a sustainable byproduct of the Agua de Madre process. After the first ferment, the lemon and ginger are separated from the Agua and boiled down to create this intense and warming infusion. Perfect stirred into hot water, porridge and smoothies. Plant-based & eco-friendly!
