A handmade artisan wine vinegar made with Yorkshire Rhubarb
This sweet, tangy, fruity vinegar is made from the bountiful spring Yorkshire rhubarb. It is suitable for spring salad dressings, drizzled on ice cream, or added to a stir fry of spring vegetables. It is also great as a sauce or marinade for fish. Especially on mackerel or scallops.
We make all our wine vinegars from scratch with 100% natural ingredients at our home in Yorkshire. They are carefully double fermented and aged before bottling to create distinctive tastes and complex depths of flavour. They are all raw, unpasteurised and contain 'the mother', are vegan friendly and contain no additives, sulphites or additional preservatives.
By using natural produce when it is at its freshest means that the flavour range is aligned with the growing seasons giving these vinegars an added dimension of interest.
