    Product description

    A handmade ceramic porcelain tealight holder decorated with my hand-painted watercolour and ink illustrations.

    Over the last couple of years, I've found I can actually manage to keep a plant alive and decided to celebrate by creating a painting of my gorgeous greenery. This piece has primarily been designed to be used as a tealight and has a gorgeous glow when lit due to the self-glazing translucency of the type of porcelain clay used

    It can also be used as a plant pot - perfect for cactus and smaller plants

    Dimensions

    Diam 6cm x H 7cm approx - small tealight

    Diam 9.5cm x H 7cm approx - large tealight

    Made from

    Handmade by slipcasting with parian clay in a self-produced mould and then fired twice in the kiln up to 1220°C.

    The decoration of hand-painted watercolour illustrations are added using ceramic transfers and firing for a third time. This item is gentle hand wash only as putting in a diswasher could damage the illustrated surface.

    Please note that due to the fact every tealight is individually made by hand from start to end, there may be some minor differences and/or ‘imperfections’ between each piece. This just means that each piece is one-of-a-kind and totally unique, nobody else will have a piece exactly like yours.

    Please take care when burning candles and never leave unattended. Please protect delicate surfaces as the holder will get warm when being used.
