The enigmatic and beautiful fox. Handmade in copper, enamel and 24 karat gold leaf.
This wall hanging is the perfect present for yourself (!!) or for anyone else whether as a wedding present, Christmas, birthday or house warming.
The fox and background are hand-cut with a fret saw from 1.2mm sheet copper and then kiln enamelled. The moon has 24 karat gold leaf, hence the amazing bright colour.
The fox and background is 6x7 inches.
The wooden box frame is double-mounted with glass at the front (no glass in this photo to stop reflections), and is 40x40cms.
Comes with swing tag which describes materials etc.
Variations
There can be lots of variations in colour here. Please contact me if there are specific colours you like.
With all my enamel pieces the colour can change somewhat from what you see here; sometimes the colours are more affected by the copper oxides than others (particularly transparent blues and opaque whites), but this variation in colour and the resulting texture it creates is one of the things that makes every piece unique.
