Customisation is available for standard English alphabet letters only; special characters are not supported. Name will be in capital letters as shown on the images.

Please ensure to review the spelling of any personalised text, as we will replicate it exactly as you have instructed us.

For items being sent straight to the recipient, we can add a free printed gift note or for that extra special touch add a luxury A6 folded greetings card. If a gift message is provided the card will be hand written by us. If no gift message is left the card will arrive blank in eco wrapping. The card includes an envelope. Please note that free printed gift notes are printed and the greetings card are hand written.
