Inside the approximately 30cmx40cmx40cm box, you'll find punnets of our exquisite organic mushrooms thoughtfully placed in breathable, fridge-ready paper bags. For optimal freshness, refrigerate the mushrooms within their breathable paper bags—never plastic—to prevent sweating. To relish the peak flavour, we recommend enjoying them within 7 days.

Every Medley is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to organic cultivation and waste reduction. We grow over 20 varieties on rotation It's not possible to guarantee the specific mushroom varieties/colour scheme/look in each Medley. Further, there is always a chance that some mushrooms may look ‘wonky’ (as nature intended). We do not throw out or waste delicious, nutrient-dense mushrooms because of their appearance.
Care:
Refrigerate and keep the mushrooms in their breathable paper bag to prevent sweating. Best enjoyed within 7 days, always cook mushrooms before eating them.For stocks or soups, you can freeze fresh mushrooms and use directly in cooking without thawing. Alternatively, for long-term preservation, our mushrooms can be dehydrated.
