And it’s held its position as a mainstay of design for very good reasons; originally the rolltop design was a cheap, effective way to close a bag to prevent the weather getting in and things falling out. Of course, over time there have been developments in canvas technology, hardware manufacturing and changes in style desires, this is why we’ve developed Pickle.

Pickle features not just a roll top design to quickly and easily close the bag, but a full, and gusseted double zip closure, making Pickle fully extendable, secure in up or down position and therefore truly a beast of a bag. The gusseted design, allows the top to fully open, for 2 reasons, making neat packing when travelling easier (roll your clothes and stack neatly) as well as giving direct and clear access deep inside for awkwardly shaped or bulky items.
