This wheat bag is made of an outer bag with comfortable handles plus an inner bag filled with golden linseeds and lavender botanicals (optional fragrance-free or rose petals can be added, please see the options).

The inner bag can be used either cold or can be warmed up in the microwave before use (please always check the temperature before placing on skin). Please be aware that only the inner bag is microwave safe. The outer bag has a metal zip which is not suitable for microwave.

The wheat bag is a natural way to relief muscular tension, relax and unwind after a long day. The item can be paired with an optional Aromatherapy Pillow Mist spray.
