Amber Marie's passion for flowers, colour and collecting have inspired her to create artworks that have been developed into prints, cards and other decorative and jewellery items. Over the years the artist picked and collected flowers from her visits to gardens, parks, woodland walks, charity shops and car boot sales. With a collection of 5 flower presses she set to work to create these innovative yet simple designs. I have used a white background as I love the way the colours stand out and how the flowers look like they are almost dancing on the page."

"With a resistance against increasing use of technology I wanted to create artworks that not only celebrate nature but also come from naturals resources. Having been brought up in Bristol and with parents from the hippy generation I have been inspired by the Flower Power movement and Banksy and in particular his artwork "Love Is in The Air" (Flower Thrower) design which replicates a bunch of flowers in a symbolic appeal for peace to replace violence."
