Refunds/Exchanges & Cancellations:

Please read the descriptions carefully to ensure you choose the right size cushion and please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. All our cushions are handmade to order and printed with an external printing company, because of this we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your cushions arrive damaged or do not arrive and can be declared lost.

I can allow up to 1 hour for cancellations, after this time your order may have already been sent to production, but please send me a message to check if there is still time to change your order.

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
