Each board has been carved from one piece of olive wood, which is a very beautiful and very hard wood. Every piece is completely unique with stunning grain patterning and colour.
Care Instructions: hand wash with hot, light soapy water. Treat occasionally with olive, coconut or any other food grade oil.

Ethically produced: we only use wood from very old olive trees that have come to the end of their natural fruiting life and have already been replaced with younger, more productive trees, have been crafted by artisans.
Hand finished with a flavourless and odorless, 100% organic, food safe oil.
Cleaning is a breeze – simply wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly. Periodically treating your board with any food-grade oil will help preserve its luster and prevent cracking. Not Dishwasher Safe. Care guide included.
