Kingfisher Enamel Earrings

Kingfishers are so gorgeous and they look stunning as a pair of enamel earrings.

These Kingfisher earrings are handmade in Ireland from enamel and copper. I use both liquid and powdered vitreous enamels in opaque and transparent. They are fired four times in the kiln at 800 degrees.

The tree stump that the Kingfisher is sitting on is lacquered copper.

The earring posts are made from sterling silver.
