Chocolate made in Scotland.
Our Bean to Bar range is made straight from cacao beans sourced from a small family farm in Venuzula. We only use 4-5 ingredients in each of our bars which means that all of our bars are free from any additives, colourings and preservatives.
Most of our range is Vegan, Dairy free and Refined Sugar free. We use mostly coconut sugar which not only gives our chocolate a better flavour but also is healthier than cane sugar.
Our chocolate process is simple, we roast our beans and then peel off the shells. We then pour these beans into our large grinders and add cacao butter, sugar etc. We then leave this to grind away for up to 4 days at a time, the longer we leave it the better the flavour! Once the chocolate is ready, we pour it and let it age for up to 60 days, again this increases the flavour. We then temper our chocolate and pour it into our square molds.
All of our bars are hand wrapped ready to go out of our chocolate factory and into the world.
