PLEASE NOTE: OUR HAMPERS ARE PERISHABLE ITEMS, WE PREFER NOT TO USE PRESERVATIVES, THEREFORE OUR PASTIES MUST BE BAKED AND EATEN 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY OR CAN ALTERNATIVELY BE FROZEN FOR A LATER DATE. OUR OTHER PRODUCTS SUCH AS: MINCE PIES, SCONES, CREAM AND SAFFRON WILL BE DATED (OUR PRODUCTS DO NOT HAVE LONG DATES BECAUSE WE PREFER NOT TO USE MANY PRESERVATIVES.
Product dates on delivery day:
Cornish Pasties - Refridgerate and bake within 24 hours/ alternatively freeze for max of 3 months. Fully defrost before baking.
Cornish Saffron Loaf - 5 days after delivered to you.
Plain scones - 1 day after delivery to you.
Clotted cream - Dates vary see box for details.

All of our flavours contain the tradional 3 vegetable ingredients: Potato, Swede and Onion.

6 Standard Premier Cornish Pasties
1 Cornish Saffron Loaf.
6 Large Plain Scones.
1 Rodda Cornish Clotted Cream 40z tub.
1 Patnick's Cornish Strawberry Jam 340g.
1 Box of Cornish Tea, 80 bags.
1 Box of Trenance Milk Chocolate Cornish Pasties 100g.
1 Philp's Crimped Pasty Keyring.
When your Cornish Pasties arrive you will need to either:
Store in your fridge below 8'c for up to 24 hours before baking at 200'c for 15- 20 minutes or until the pasty is PIPING HOT inside. As a guide our pasties should reach a core temperature of over 90'c for supreme taste. If your using a fan oven (180'c) If your oven is particularlly aggressive we recommend placing tinfoil over the pasty at the start of the cooking process to preventit burning the pastry.
You can freeze you pasties until a later date.
Wrap each Cornish Pasty individually in cling film before freezing to ensure they do not stick together. Freeze them at -18'c and use within 3 months (surely you can't wait that long!) For best results defrost our pasties in the fridge at 8'c to unleash their immense flavour. Pre heat your oven to 200'c before cooking for 15-20 mins or until the pasty is PIPING HOT inside.

Davidstow Cheese Pasty: Davidstow Cheese, Potato, Swede, Onion, Flour, Margarine, Water, Drywhite Potato Preservative, Salt, pepper, Glazed with Egg and Milk. Allergens - GLUTEN, MILK and EGG. They’re also made in the same area where nuts, soya, mustard and lupin may be present.
Vegan/ Vegetarian Pasty: Vegetable Oil Fat, Potato, Swede, Onion, Flour, Margarine, Water, Drywhite Potato Preservative, Salt, Pepper, Glaze. Allergens - GLUTEN. They’re also made in the same area where nuts, soya, mustard and lupin may be present.
Quorn Pasties: Quorn, Potato, Swede, Onion, Flour, Margarine, Water, Drywhite Potato Preservative, Salt, Pepper, Glaze. Allergens - GLUTEN, MILK AND EGG.
Please note : Quorn products can contain allergens, such as EGG, MILK and GLUTEN. There have been rare cases of allergic reactions to products which contain mycoprotein, a member of the fungi/ mould family (fusarium venenatum). Mycoprotein is high in protein and fibre which may cause intolerance in some people. They’re also made in the same area where nuts, soya, mustard and lupin may be present.
Scones: Flour, Sugar, Vegetable oil, Raising Agents (E450, E500), Whey Powder (MILK), Salt, Stabiliser (E466). Allergens - Contains GLUTEN and MILK. They’re made in the same area where eggs, peanuts, nuts, soya, sulphur dioxide and sulphates and sesame seeds may be present.
Saffron Cake: Contain Flour, Butter, Lard, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Saffron Paste, Currents, Sultanas, Peel, Water, Colouring, E110, E102. Allergens - GLUTEN, MILK, EGG, SULPHUR DIOXIDE AND SULPHATES. This product contains Lard and therefore is not suitable for vegetarians. May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Cornish Strawberry Jam: Cornish Strawberries, Sugar Lemons. Prepared with 67g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 64g per 100g.
Rodda Clotted Cream: Allergens – Contains MILK
Cornish Tea : 100% Best Black Tea.
Milk Chocolate Cornish Pasties, 34% Cocoa Solids. Allergens – MILK, SOY and may contain traces of NUTS. This product is Gluten Free.
Our Standard size Cornish pasties are approximately 17-18cms in length ( length sizes do vary as this is a handmade product by Cornish pasty crimpers!) Hamper dimentions : L500mm* W358mm* H210mm.
