Free from latex, silicone and phthalate

Body: 65% natural rubber, 15% synthetic rubber, 10% Polyurethane and 10% polyester

Care instructions: We recommend avoiding lotions and oils on your skin before practicing. After a sweaty practice wipe down your mat down with a soft wet cloth using a lemon water solution. This can be made with one part lemon juice and four parts water. After wiping, allow the mat to dry fully before rolling it up and storing it away. Making sure the pattern is always on the outside of the roll. Never soak the mat or pour water onto it as it may ruin the mat. And avoid using harsh cleaners, solvents and products containing essential oils.
