My passion for food comes from my Spanish mother, whose kitchen was the hub of the house, with large pots of food for the whole family simmering away. The delicious food was made with fresh, local ingredients, the aromas of fragrant Mediterranean herbs and exotic spices from North Africa would fill the kitchen.
It was not surprising that I soon realised that as "passion was the main ingredient for success" I had to devote my life to food. After years in the food industry, I knew that it was inevitable that I would come back to my roots and create something which captures my childhood memories - hence my range of cooking sauces.
Handmade in small batches, we use fresh vegetables and the finest herbs and spices, all of which are gluten free, no added sugar, artificial preservatives or artificial colourings and are suitable for vegetarians and vegan.
Each flavour is highly versatile as the next, they can be used to make quick and delicious mid week meals, or to dress up a dinner party feast. All you have to do is simply fry your meat, fish or vegetable add the sauce, bring to the boil, simmer until cooked.
