For UK standard delivery, orders will be sent by first class post.
Once your order has been made and dispatched, it will usually take a further 1-3 days to arrive by 1st class post – there is an estimated delivery date on each product page.
If you know you need a message in a bottle for a specific upcoming occasion it is best to try and order in good time to allow for unforeseen postage delays. Otherwise if you have already left it a little late, you have the option to upgrade the delivery to the £6.95 ‘express’ service.
If you choose the UK express delivery option at the checkout, your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and should arrive on the named day shown on the website, between 7am and 1pm. Express deliveries will require a signature so there MUST be someone available to sign for the parcel between these hours otherwise your order will be taken back to the sorting office and delivery will be delayed.
Each message in a bottle is sent securely packaged in a discreet brown cardboard box so the recipient shouldn't be able to guess what's inside! There will need to be someone in to receive delivery as the parcel is too big to fit through the letterbox.
Please double check your delivery details including full address and postcode at the checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct. I cannot be held responsible for replacing or refunding an order where the card has been delivered to an old or incorrect address.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
