As our workshop is run by humans who very occasionally make an error or a mistake in the process of creating your personalised orders, we wanted to create a product where we could recycle.

We engrave our pieces to create bespoke items especially for you, we are always happy to try and help if something is unsuitable but we regret we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items. Next Day Delivery is available on this item if ordered before 3pm Mon - Fri.
