Showcasing their Cask Aged Gin, we have paired together sweet and savoury treats to curate a fantastic gift for any gin connoisseur.
The classic Durham Gin is rested in American Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks for 18 months. Furthermore, to complement this fantastic spirit we have chosen to add an Oak Smoked cheese wedge from the Northumberland Cheese Co. Also, find crackers by Miller’s Harvest and a Seville and Tomato Marmalade by the award winning Lady Waterford Preserves. The marmalade is made as a relish for savoury food and is delicious with cheese.
Next, we have selected something sweet. An apricot & Ginger lightly spiced loaf cake by The Simply Delicious Cake Co. and a handmade milk chocolate orange bar by North Chocolates.

At Heather and Bale, we work directly with independent, artisan producers and source products that are not widely available elsewhere. We curate luxury hampers and gifts to showcase their incredible talent. We carefully research flavour profiles to ensure each gift makes sense. Each gift is handmade and packed tightly with woodwool.
