    Downloadable knitting pattern to knit and make a shy koala teddy bear in chunky yarn. This pattern is suitable for knitters with basic knitting ability.

    Cute and cuddly, you can also pop a gift into the koala's pouch if you are knitting it as a present.

    To make your koala bear you will need: 4mm knitting needles, a ball of Robin Chunky or Hayfield Bonus Chunky in Red, (You can also use any other chunky yarn, red or otherwise. Maybe a self-striping one!) a pair of Cat Safety Eyes (12 mm), 2 x small yellow pom poms, darning needle, stuffing, felt, cotton and a sewing needle.
