The ring is made from eighteen carat yellow gold and grey faceted moonstone. The ring can be washed with warm soapy water. To retain the shine if the ring has a polished finish a polishing clothe can be used. If there is a satin finish, the abrasive side of a washing up sponge can be used across the surface of the metal.
