My name is Simon Dunn and I have always loved cooking food and learning new recipes.
One of my first jobs was manager of one of the biggest BBQ restaurants in London (The Chicago Rib Shack, Knightsbridge) and I have loved the taste of BBQ and woodsmoke ever since.
There's also nothing better than sharing it with your friends and family, so we want to help you go beyond the basics and create some amazing food on your barbecue. I started Craft Food London in 2016 to help more people learn discover how good food can be when cooked over an open fire and we've not looked back since.
The average review score for our courses is 9.8/10 and they are held at the beautiful Forty Hall Farm, just off the M25. They are led by some of the UK's leading BBQ experts who want to share their skills & experience, passing on authentic recipes and the tricks of the trade so you can make fantastic food in your own home.
