To upload your photo, once you have placed your order, please log into your NotOnTheHighStreet account and find your order, click the "contact seller" button and send us an enquiry with the photo attached.

You can also contact us via your order confirmation email in the same way and attach your photo to the enquiry. You will need to add some text to the message, i.e please find photo attached, in order for it to send properly. (It's easier to do all of this if you create an account with NOTHS rather than checking out as a guest

*Please note* Your photo will need to be cropped into a circle to fit our keyrings. Please try to choose a photo without too much detail and no shadows as this causes issues for our team. Please use natural lighting and central positioned photos if you can as this leaves room round the photo for us to work with. Better yet, if you could send over digital photos and scans where you can as these give the best results! Please avoid cropping the photo yourself. Also note that our keyrings have a slight texture to them which means it will not be a completely smooth crisp finish.

Our team edit each photo by hand at Chips&Sprinkles HQ before printing each side individually, attaching the fittings and carefully checking before packing and sending to you.

The final product colour may vary slightly due to the printing process. We do this lots! and will ensure that the prominent parts of the picture are used within your keyring to ensure you're happy with the outcome - we love to make these keepsakes as special as possible for you and your memories are safe in our hands.
