Hello, we are Carabella gifts, a bespoke gift company that offer pre-filled gift hampers full of gorgeous products for every occasion, some traditional and some with a contemporary twist.

We wanted to give our customers some time back in their busy lives by choosing gifts that we feel are thoughtful and indulgent, but are packaged beautifully and delivered with a personalised message card from the customer, for that extra special touch.

We also provide our fabulous range of Kiddy Kits for children - eco friendly back-packs filled with themed items, perfect for keeping them entertained on journeys, quiet play at weddings or just in the garden exploring. Each Kiddy Kit has an educational and fun activity book by award winning Usborne Books, arts, crafts and a sweet treat.

Kiddy Kits can also be given as a gift as we can provide a free personalised message to fit any occasion. We are really excited about our range of gifts, we hope you like them too!

Delivery

Once your order has been placed and paid in full for we will send an email confirmation to you.

We dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days unless stated on the product description, however if you have asked us to send the item on a specific date then we shall send your parcel out on the date requested. All our deliveries are expected to be received within 5-7 working days.

All our Carabella gift hampers are sent via UK Mail, we will issue you with the UK Mail website details and your tracking number, if you are concerned about your delivery at any time, please contact us via Not on the High Street. Kiddy Kits will also be sent via UK Mail within a polka dot postage bag.

The delivery driver will attempt to deliver your package twice or leave with a neighbour, and will require a signature. If no one is available the driver will put a card through the door with details regarding organising a delivery date or safe place that is convenient with the recipient, or indeed collection from the depot.

On occasion we may experience a delay in sending your order, if this occurs we will notify you and explain when you can expect to receive your order and/or offer an alternative.

If you notice any damage upon taking delivery you must refuse the parcel and do not sign for it, by signing you are accepting that your parcel was complete and undamaged upon delivery. A photograph of the damaged item would be appreciated.
