This smooth and refreshing Guatemalan filter coffee has a delightful taste of stone fruits. It originates from one of Guatemala's renowned coffee-growing regions. The high altitudes and warm, dry winds in this area protect it from frost, allowing coffee to thrive at astonishing heights of 2000 meters above sea.

Los Huipiles is roasted on Bertha, a 120kg vintage Probat roaster rescued from scrap from Bosnia and rebuilt by the Extract Coffee Roasters team in a restoration project which took more than four years to complete!
