Skilfully handwoven by women in Tajikistan, we love this black and white Ikat patterned cushions.
The black and white zig zag Adras cushion looks striking on a solid colour sofa or bed. It also makes for the perfect garden furniture accessory.
This cushion is handmade in Tajikistan by women using the tradtional Ikat pattern technique. This technique involves a production process of 37 steps. Our Ikat fabrics are handwoven on traditional looms and hand sewn by women from the Sughd region in Tajikistan. The women live in rural villages and by making these cushion covers they can provide an income for their families.
