A Handmade aromatherapy lilac cotton eye pillow with orange Flower embroidery. Have a spa day every day with this gorgeous gift.

Handmade in the UK - Aromatherapy eye pillow for yoga, meditation and relaxation. The lilac cotton pillow is filled with flaxseed and combined with Lavender buds & lavender essential oil and ties together with orange nylon. Choose to either cool in the freezer for a cool therapy and relieve headaches. Or heat in the microwave to relax or soothe.

Warm Therapy:

Place the pillow in the microwave for 20~30 seconds. Or in 10 second increments until it is warm to the touch. Do a touch test before placing over eyes or skin.

Cold Therapy:

Place the pillow in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

* Be sure to remove the pillow from its cover when heating in the microwave.

Cotton, Flaxseed, Essential Oil, Lavender buds. Handmade and embroidered in the UK. -

Do not leave on eyes for more than 10 minutes at a time. Make sure that the pillow is at room temperature before placing it in the microwave.

Stop heating if you hear popping! Hand wash the sleeve at 40°C & Air Dry.
