Our delicious gluten free Simnel Cake is a rich citrus fruit cake filled with marzipan, raisins, sultanas and glacé cherries and topped with toasted marzipan. Each and every cake is made & finished by hand in our bakery in the stunning Lake District National Park. It is a 400g round cake that can be cut into 4 - 6 portions.
Made in a facility that handles nuts. Although every care has been taken, may contain fruit stones. Suitable for Vegetarians. Contains Alcohol. Gluten Free. Alcohol ABV <0.5%
For best before, see date mark. Store in a cool dry place. Not suitable for freezing. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
