Delivery info
Order before 3.30pm Sunday-Friday for next-day delivery.
If your order is for a specific date, we recommend requesting delivery for the day prior.
We are unable to offer Sunday or Bank Holiday delivery. If ordered after 3.30pm Sun-Fri, next-day delivery is not available & your balloon will be dispatched on the next available delivery date.
Bubblegum Balloons ship via DPD within the UK. Sadly we do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands.
There is a range of addresses which DPD are unable to offer a named day delivery service for. Please check your postcode on the DPD postcode tracker - if a next-day or named day service isn't listed, sadly we're unable to ship to you at this time.
Your balloon departs our studio at approximately 5 pm the day before delivery. At this point, you will receive your tracking details and can keep an eye on your parcel via DPD's Tracking Service.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
