Each item is individually handmade in the Posh Totty Designs workshop in Brighton. The personalisation is hand stamped rather than machine engraved, as such, any irregularities should be appreciated as part of a bespoke design.
Please note: Our 10-14 day delivery is estimate is never more realistic than during busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas. At these times we will work as quickly as possible to dispatch orders in advance of this estimate but will not be able to prioritise individual orders.

Messages can be made up of words and numbers with a maximum of 21 characters including spaces. Here are a few examples: 'OUR USHER LOVE A & J,' or 'TO MY SPECIAL DADDY' or 'OLIVER'S CHRISTENING'
This design is fully functional but due to the nature of silver being a softer metal, we recommend avoiding the use of large keys.
