  although i am really happy with the actual tokens i bought, the gift pouch and little note inside isn't very good at all and ruins the gift so i will have to re package it before giving it as a present

  The wrong tokens were sent but this was rectified instantly and efficiently by the seller. Very polite, apologetic and the correct items came first post the following day.

  The pewter tokens themselves are lovely, but the packaging is not gift worthy. The enclosed card explaning the charms was ugly and amateur, and the bag looked cheap. I would have been embarrasssed to give this as a gift and had to re-write the verse and re-package, not good enough.

  There was a delivery problem initially, but as soon as I raised it, it was resolved without fuss and extremely promptly. Excellent customer service. Love the product too!
