I ordered a personalised heart decoration with 2 names.The order was submitted with the names spelt correctly, all emails to confirm order had the names spelt correctly as did the packing note when the goods were received. Unfortunately when i opened the decoration one of the names wasere mis-spelt. very disappointed as a quick double checked would have stopped this order being despatched. Please could you be more thorough before orders are despatched. I am pleased with my replacement but not the hassel of someones misreading error.
