A good system - the seller emailed back promptly to deal with my query and then sent an email several weeks later to let me know that the item was in stock so that I could re-order it.

Nice product, only problem is that having ordered two, the silvering is quite different on them so they look odd when displayed together. Very good handling and delivery, even in the last week before Christmas.
