We will send directly to yourself or your gift recipient enclosing a gift voucher that shows an order number and a gift value. This may simply be redeemed by quoting the order number via email and choosing the perfect Lily Belle piece. Ordering instructions will be included with the gift voucher.
The balance on the voucher may be used for full or part payment of the GB Pounds sterling cost of Lily Belle products. No change will be given for any remaining value.
Any unused balance will remain on your voucher and a credit note will be issued. Our vouchers and credits are available for one year from date of purchase.
