  This item has never been delivered I am extremely upset at contacting the seller and receiving no reply or product I have lost over £17 at present and I am now unsure how to escalate this problem further

  It would be better if it was made clear in the product description that no frame is included

  The print was good but looked a lot more professional once I had it mounted and framed. The print took over a week to arrive but came in time for me to give it as a gift.

  Could have done this myself on clip art. Took weeks rather than days to come. Was rather embarrassed to give as gift.

  The product itself was good unfortunately it wasn't to my exactly to my colour specifications. I was going to contact the supplier direct but as it was a gift for someone it could not have been changed at short notice.

  Print was supposed to be in a "fully cardboard mailer to ensure no dents or creases on arrival." It arrived in a standard A4 envelope with a big crease down the middle. Also, hello monkey states "the pictures are printed onto very thick cardstock." The card was very thin. Whole thing looked cheap and unprrofessional.Could have made it my self with clipart and some better qualirt card.
