A beautifully finished solid sterling silver delicate heart chain bracelet designed and hand made by Gracie to order.
With two gemstone variations to choose from and silver heart charms to personalise, you can build your own heart chain bracelet.
Gracie can engrave your chosen silver hearts on one side with a name, initials, dates or special message to create a unique gift.
You can also add gemstones of your choice. Gracie uses a selection of rose quartz, crystal, amethyst and pearls to compliment the design.
All Jewellery is packaged in a gift box and can be sent with a hand-written message directly to your gift recipient.

The bracelet was lovely, pictures don't do it justice. Within days of ordering, the bracelet had been delivered, quickly and safely wrapped. Will definitely use 'not on the high street' again.
