13 Sep 2010Extremely poor quality product. This is the first time I have ever been dissapointed with a purchase from NOTHS. There was loose glitter on the plaque and it looked very home made indeed (not in a good way).

The 'Fairy Dust' plaque has always been very popular and we're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the product you received. With regard to the 'loose' glitter, it is inevitable that a small amount of the glitter from the surface of the plaque will become dislodged during transit and as such it is applied liberally to allow for this.
