Learn everything about speciality coffee, with an introduction to how it's grown, ethically sourced and processed. This knowledge is expanded further as you watch a live roasting demonstration with a step-by-step explanation of the process, the roast profiles we use, and how we influence the roast during the process.
At Two Chimps HQ, we are always on hand to answer any coffee-related questions. In fact, we strongly encourage them! This course is all about sharing knowledge.
Once the session is completed, you will leave with a 250g bag of coffee of your choosing, freshly ground to suit your desired brew method. We have limited spaces per session to guarantee all students get the most out of these sessions. With all course bookings, your ticket or voucher is emailed to you. There's no waiting for it to arrive in the post, wahoo! This course is £35 per person and is held at the Two Chimps Roastery in Rutland.
