  Lovely product, arrived quickly and packaged well. Included sticky pads on the back which was a nice detail and meant it could be used immediately.

  Overpriced (the letters of the name didn't appear to have been cut with any care and the overall object looked much cheaper than its' cost). It was also delivered over a week later than its suggested dispatch date - making it a late present to send to Hong Kong.

  Really lovely door sign, bought for a gift for new baby, thought it would be nice for them to have something a bit different, and this was a big hit. They now want one for their other children. Excellent. thank you very much

  Billinat service as I'd chosen a name plaque for a boy, but they contacted me and said the colour I'd ticked to have had a lot of pink in it, and was I sure this is the one I wanted. As a result of that I changed colour scheme and am delighted with the results - really helpful service. Also although it was a busy time of year and the order was a little slow, I had constant emails updating me on progress - fab. xx

  Excellent QUICK service - I was contacted by the supplier almost immediately to clarify and amend one sign to "boy" colours. The 3 signs arrived so quickly and beautifully wrapped I haven't wanted to undo them to look at them closely.

  There seemed to be a pink flag missing and it was wrapped in blue tissue, which I assume is because of your colour on your logo. Just would have preferred pink tissue as it was for a girl. No magor complaints though, would order again.

  It looks lovely on my daughters bedroom door, really pretty but one of the buttons has fallen off already.

  Thank you for pointing this out. Although this is the first time that we have come across this problem, we have changed the way that the buttons are fixed to the name plaques. We now attach all wooden buttons using wire, to prevent this from happening again in the future. Kind regards, Heidi
