  Disappointing quality for the price it was and the alphabet around the edge went from A-W which I found strange. I know it's not an 'educational tool' but still a little odd to not have the whole alphabet - I would suggest a smaller font or not at all.

  We did have correspondence at the time of your order and did offer to send you a plain box bottom or a full refund so we are disappointed that you have left this review rather than let us resolve this issue as offered at the time.   I haven't seen the boxes because they were sent as a gift. I would like to add though that when I placed my order I sent a message to the seller. But unfortunately I didn't get a reply. I requested the two boxes be placed in the one bag/package but as I didn't receive a response I don't know how the gift arrived. As an online service I think it's very important that sellers respond to buyers queries.
